Emit from animated boolean intersection

I'm trying to figure out how to emit x-particles from the intersection of an animated boolean, but after alot of trying and searching the web I still cannot figure out a way how to do it. I can only think of somehow using a live selection of the intersection or using the material luminance but I can't get either to work. Does anyone have an idea of how to make this happen?
