I've been working on an iridescent shader.Here is my nodes :
For a subtle reflection I've figured out the best settings for the fresnel should stay on high settings between .945 and .990.
I added some wave effects to play with.
I think the gradient settings works pretty well for what I was looking for.

Hard to tell with no clue on your render settings and material.
But it looks like there are more ray bounces in your final render than your Real time view port.
You should try to mess with the ray bounces settings.
I've been trying to make some chromatic aberration in Cycles.
I couldn't find a way to make it, ut found a way to create a gloss light dispersion node.
